ShadowGlen Community is one of the largest Master Planned Communities in Manor. Our community features a 4,300-square-foot amenity center with a fitness room, open green space, playgrounds, walking trails, and a neighboring golf course. In addition, this community features a four-acre water park with two swimming pools, a splash pad, and multiple water slides. Our community demographics include first-time homeowners, young families, growing families, empty nesters, and everything in between.

We host over 30 lifestyle events year-round that are tailored for different age groups, in addition, host 6 large signature events yearly, that are centered around National Holidays. Our 6 Signature events include Spring Fling, Greens & Roses Kentucky Derby Golf Classic, Freedom Fest, Fall Fest, and Light Up ShadowGlen.
