Architectural Design Review Process

  • STEP 1: Complete Application

    If you would like to make any exterior modifications to your home, we require that you complete the Architectural Improvement Application. In addition to completing the form, you do have to pay an ‘improvement fee’ that is non-refundable, even if your application gets denied.

    You can download the application listed below and return it to the office with your payment, made with a cashier’s check, money order, or personal check written out to ShadowGlen RPOA.

  • STEP 2: Application gets reviewed

    Once an application and fee has been received, the application gets reviewed by the design committee.

    This process can take up to 45 days from the time of submission.

  • STEP 3: Decision is delivered to resident

    Once a decision has been made, the resident will be notified via email.
