Living in a homeowners association (HOA) means all residents must adhere to the community’s rules and regulations to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. When a resident is not compliant, they will receive a formal violation notice outlining the issue and necessary corrective actions.

Please note that once a violation is issued, it will remain in effect for six months. If the violation persists or non-compliance occurs again within this period, the violation will escalate to the next stage. However, if compliance is maintained throughout the six months, the violation will be closed.
The violation process allows 14 days to achieve compliance. However, violations related to street parking and visible trash bins may be escalated daily due to their recurring occurrence.
