Reserve The Clubhouse

You can reserve the ShadowGlen Clubhouse (Multi-Purpose Room, Lounge, and Kitchen) by following the steps below.

Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The cost to rent the clubhouse is based on a four or six-hour time block.

clubhouse rentals are offered seven days a week during the following time blocks:

Four hours - $300 Rental Hours:

  • 10am-2pm

  • 2pm-6pm

  • 6pm-10pm

Six hours - $450 Rental Hours:

  • 10am-4pm

  • 4pm-10pm

To secure the clubhouse, you must meet the following requirements listed below:

  • Must be a current resident of ShadowGlen

  • ShadowGlen Resident MUST be present at the event

  • Acknowledge that NO alcohol can be served during the event

  • All balances must be paid (assessments and any late fees)

Once you’ve met THE requirements above, below is the booking process to secure the clubhouse:

  • Check to see if the date and time slot you are interested in is available by calling the office at 512-278-8810.

  • Complete the Clubhouse Request listed at the link below

  • Once your Clubhouse Request has been completed and approved, a security deposit of $200 is required.

  • All rental balances must be paid no later than seven days before your scheduled event date. 

The ShadowGlen Pool can be reserved by following the steps below.

Reservations are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The cost of renting the pool is $75 for a two-hour rental, and you must hire lifeguards and security personnel for your reservation.

Rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays (only):

  • 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

In order secure the pool, you must meet the following requirements listed below:

  • Must be a current resident of ShadowGlen

  • ShadowGlen Resident MUST be present at the event

  • Acknowledge that NO alcohol will be served during the event

  • In good standing with the POA (assessments and any late fees)

Once you’ve met these requirements above, below is the booking process to secure the pool:

  1. Check to see if the date and time slot you are interested in is available by calling the office staff at 512-278-8810

  2. Pool Rentals and Lifeguard services must be scheduled and paid for two weeks in advance,

  3. Complete the Pool Rental Request listed at the link below

  4. Once your Pool Rental Request has been completed and approved, the security deposit of $200 must be received in order to confirm your reservation.

  5. We must receive confirmation of paid lifeguard services seven days in advance of your scheduled pool party. If this confirmation is NOT shown, the reservation will be canceled.

  6. All Rental balances must be paid no later than seven days prior to your scheduled event date
